He entered Hubei Lidi Machine Tool Co., LTD in 2015. He has been engaged in the design and research of crushing equipment for waste resources, and is also responsible for the research and development of pre-crushing machine and crusher equipment for the company's main products. He led the team to research and develop the largest type of crushing production line in China and the largest type of pre-crushing equipment in China, and obtained one invention patent, four utility model patents, and one appearance patent. The production value of the new products is 220 million, and the profits for the enterprise are about 25 million.

In 2019, due to his outstanding performance, he served as the director of the Research Institute of Hubei Lidi Machine Tool Co., LTD., and won the honorary title of "Post model".

Because of his diligent work and thorough scientific research work, he has won many honors and awards in recent years. In 2018, he led the research and development of 700KW high-power metal precrusher, and successfully marketed to domestic and foreign markets; In 2019, he led the development of servo hydraulic system to make technical reserves for energy saving and consumption reduction. In June 2020, he published a paper "Research on the Status Quo of Mechanical Recycling of FRP Waste" in the journal of Resource Regeneration. In 2021, he won the title of "Outstanding Party Member" and the honorary title of the fifth "Outstanding Talent" of Xiling District.
